Before that, she acted in commercials and local theater productions in California, where she grew up. Bristel is so proud of General College and so thankful to work with an extremely talented cast and crew! NAME: Bryan Burton ROLE: "Brody" INFORMATION: Bryan Burton recently graduated from Weaver Academy for the Performing and Visual Arts high school in Greensboro, NC and is currently a freshman Dramatic Art major at UNC. He’s been very active in the theatre for many years and is now thoroughly enjoying his more recent endeavors into the world of acting for film and television. General College is his first television experience and he is enjoying it immensely. NAME: Cameran Hebb ROLE: "Frankie" INFORMATION: NAME: Matt Karkutt ROLE: "Marc" INFORMATION: Matt [Maria W] Karkutt is thrilled to be playing "Marc" (with a C) on his second season of General College! He is a sophomore English major here at UNC and prone to fits of ocd rage and third person narration. His previous experience includes theatrical and improvisational work in the Fayetteville, NC area. As always, he sends love and thanks to family, friends, Jane Austen and goddess of all that is living, Meryl Streep. xo. NAME: Mack Linyard ROLE: "Cooper" INFORMATION: NAME: Tara Lowe ROLE: "Ava" INFORMATION: Tara Lowe is a Junior at UNC Chapel Hill working towards a double major in Communications studies and Dramatic Arts. Performing since the age of 5, this is her third year playing Ava on General College, and she could not be more thrilled about it! Tara can also be seen on STV's Off the Cuff and theatrical productions on UNC campus. NAME: Brie Nash ROLE: "Chloe" INFORMATION: NAME: Mariana Nepomuceno ROLE: "Nina" INFORMATION: NAME: Jordan Popalis ROLE: "Parker" INFORMATION: NAME: Colby Ramsay ROLE: "Pierce" INFORMATION: NAME: John Reitz ROLE: "Charley" INFORMATION: John is a Junior English and Dramatic Arts major at UNC. A constant performer of improv comedy at the DSI Comedy Theater in Carrboro, John plays every Friday at 9:30 with the comedy team MISTER DIPLOMAT. On campus, John serves on the Artistic Committee for CHiPs, UNC's improv and sketch comedy team. John has worked on stage with UNC's LAB! Theater and the Playwriting Studio and appeared in commercials. Additionally, John works to promote social justice issues with Interactive Theatre Carolina. He probably wants to work with you too. NAME: Anna Rindos ROLE: "Jenni" INFORMATION: Anna Rindos is a junior majoring in Business at UNC Chapel Hill and is super duper excited about playing "Jenni with an i" on GC for a second season. Her character has helped her to become more familiar with the current generation's slang and to make new friends. When not in class or on the GC set, Anna enjoys long walks on the beach, interpretive dance, and bedazzling clothing (she's sure Jenni probably enjoys these things too). She began her STV career as a writer, and then got into filming, editing, acting and directing. She is so happy to finally be producing the show she loves! Past credits include a development internship at Gerber Pictures and a post-production internship with The Insider in Los Angeles, CA. Edmund has been involved in theater since he was a little boy and currently acts and writes for Off the Cuff. This is his first experience writing for a television series, but he loves every minute of it.
